The public website tells the story of the team. The proposed private area is limited to football development and simple personal activity records. It does not replace Spond.

A clear weekly focus.
Every player can see the same coach-approved focus before training, with the information kept short, visual and easy to understand.

Training with purpose.
The programme explains how the team trains and links to appropriate coaching videos selected by the authorised coaching team.

Simple activity progress.
If approved, a player can record an activity type, total time and optional total distance. No GPS route, live location, medical information, notes or proof photographs.

Spond stays official.
Parents and carers continue to use the club-approved Spond group for availability, practical information and communication.

Safeguarding first.
There is no private coach-to-player messaging. Any communication with an under-18 follows the club route and includes a parent or carer.
ROLLOUT PAUSED
Approval before accounts.
No further player invitations will be issued until committee approval, a completed data protection review, clear parent or carer information and the club’s consent process are in place.
A promising idea.
Governed properly.
The pilot is being reviewed as an official club tool. It will not be marketed or rolled out to players until Ivybridge Town Football Club has approved it.
