Every player sees the same coaching focus before training, with the key details kept short, visual and easy to understand.

The public programme shows how the team trains. Inside the hub, each player sees what matters to them without being sent around the website.

Players can record extra football, running, gym work and recovery. Smartwatch connections can be added once the club approves each provider.

Proof of the work.
A player can add an optional photograph when logging an activity. It stays private to that player and the authorised coaches.

One route to the coaches.
Players can send a private question to the whole coaching team. Parents continue to use Spond for practical team communication.

Fitness, availability, activity evidence and player messages are not public statistics. They are available only to the player and authorised U16 coaches. Parents continue to use Spond for team administration.
